Tim here, to share a trailer for a documentary that I’ve been looking forward to for a while now.
A full review is coming soon, but here are a couple of highlights while it is fresh on my mind.
The doc shows how absolutely frustrating it is for families with a vision of inclusive education for their child to run into a brick wall from school administrators who recommended a segregated setting. And this is for PreK! Also, there is great footage of the Henderson School in Boston (which I’m sure many of your know about). Just a reminder that there are schools and districts that are committed to authentic inclusive education.
I watched it a few nights ago. It is incredible! I am getting ready to email our school board about it so they can see the struggles (and rare triumphs) when a district is set up to flout the law. Like ours.
The documentary is beautifully well made! Is incredible familiar the struggle, even though we are in a totally different estate. Painful to see how little the general public knows about it.
I hope this movie opens door for all neurodivergent kids!

Powerful trailer! Looking forward to watching the full film.
